An experienced engineer meticulously reviews and assesses the manufacturing feasibility of every production aspect required.
Every specific quality requirement and description is meticulously documented, followed by the formulation of an IPQC inspection program tailored to accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing intricacies.

1. CMM, measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm
2. Marble measuring table, dimensions: 1200×1000 (mm) / 1000×750 (mm)
3. Digital height gauge, range: 0-600 (mm)
4. Full-range Vernier Caliper, covering measurements from 0 to 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and up to 1000 mm, ensuring precision across all dimensions.
5. Outside and Inside Micrometer, offering precise measurements with ranges from 0-25, 75, 100, 125, to 150 mm for outside, and 12-20, 50, to 100 mm for inside measurements.
6. Full-range Needle and Pin Gauge, available in 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm with a pitch accuracy of 0.01 mm for exacting calibration.
7. Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester, among other sophisticated tools for comprehensive quality assessment.
