1. CMM, measuring range 800×1220×600 (mm), MPE (Maximum Permissible Error) 3.0μm, ensuring pinpoint accuracy.
2. Marble measuring table, available in 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm) sizes, for precise measurements.
3. Digital height gauge, with a range of 0-600 (mm), facilitating accurate vertical measurements.
4. Full-range vernier caliper, spanning 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 (mm), for comprehensive measurement capabilities.
5. Outside Micrometer / Inside Micrometer: Precision measurement tools range from 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm and 12-20-50-100 mm, ensuring accurate assessments of components.
6. Full-Range Needle Gauge / Pin Gauge: These tools cover a vast measurement range of 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm, ideal for meticulous gauge requirements.
