Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM with an extensive measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) and an MPE of 3.0μm, providing precise measurements.
2. Marble measuring table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), for stable and reliable measurements.
3. Digital height gauge with a range of 0-600 (mm), ensuring precise height measurements.
4. We offer a comprehensive selection of full-range vernier calipers, accommodating sizes from 0 up to 1000 mm, including increments at 0, 100, 150, 200, 300, 600, and 1000 mm.
5. Our precision measurement tools include both outside and inside micrometers. The outside micrometer range spans from 0 to 150 mm, with increments at 0, 25, 75, 100, 125, and 150 mm, while the inside micrometer measures from 12 to 100 mm, with increments at 12, 20, 50, and 100 mm.
6. We provide full-range needle gauges and pin gauges, offering precise measurement capabilities from 0.5 to 12 mm, and pin gauges from 1.0 to 100 mm, with a fine pitch of 0.01 mm ensuring exceptional accuracy.
