Our quality assurance journey starts with two independent audits for each purchase order, ensuring absolute clarity on dimensions, materials, quantities, and delivery dates right from the outset.
An experienced engineer conducts thorough evaluations, overseeing the manufacturing feasibility of all production requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
Detailed documentation of all unique quality requirements leads to a specialized IPQC inspection program, structured around precision tolerances, lot numbers, and the complexity of manufacturing processes.
Every special quality requirement is meticulously documented, with a precise IPQC inspection program crafted based on accuracy tolerances, lot numbers, and manufacturing intricacy.
Our Inspection Equipment
1. CMM, offering a measuring range of 800×1220×600 (mm) with a Maximum Permissible Error (MPE) of 3.0μm.
2. Marble measuring table, available in sizes 1200×1000 (mm) and 1000×750 (mm), for precise assessments.
3. Digital height gauge, ranging from 0 to 600 (mm) to ensure exact measurements.
4. Experience precision measurement with our Full-range Vernier Caliper, available in a comprehensive size range of 0-100-150-200-300-600-1000 mm.
5. Achieve exact measurements with our Outside and Inside Micrometer, covering ranges of 0-25-75-100-125-150 mm for outside and 12-20-50-100 mm for inside.
6. Ensure meticulous quality with our Full-range Needle Gauge and Pin Gauge, with sizes spanning 0.5-12 mm and 1.0-100 mm, and a precision pitch of 0.01 mm.
7. Utilize advanced tools like our Surface Roughness Meter and Hardness Tester to assess the perfect finish and durability of your components.
